Segment 3: - my invitation to you, if you so desire, to take this beyond just something to listen to for ideas or entertainment (though you are certainly welcome to simply enjoy it on that level!) and actually try out some of the meditations or practices or explore the ideas being presented, always remembering that working on our inner nature can be a little dangerous so take care of yourself!

Closing: - Before the Twilight Falls by Emerald Rose (www.emeraldrose.com)

I hope you enjoy the show, 'Til merry we meet again, may your dreams be beautiful,

Saturn p.s. I will work on learning how to make real hyperlinks in this thing. :)

    Hi Saturn!

Just wanted to say I really enjoyed your second episode. You have a great voice for this…I could listen for hours to you! You brought up some really interesting topics, most especially in your segment on the spirit/body connection. When you mentioned the part about massage therapists hitting physical pockets of emotion in the body, it struck me as one of those “aha!” sorts of ideas. It makes complete sense when I hear you explain it. I’ve always been very sensitive to touch, but I’m also very stand-offish about who I let touch me, lol. I probably should work on that.

I also wanted to say I really admire you for being so brave in bringing up your past trauma! That’s amazing that you can discuss it so openly! I really applaud that kind of strength.

And don’t worry about lengthy comments on my blog, I rather enjoy them! Thanks so much for the plugs and the promo play! I really appreciate that! Are you going to put together a promo anytime soon?

    All the best,

    Cory

P.S. Your opening song is great; the woman singing reminds me a lot of a singer I like named Ingrid Michaelson. I’ll have to check out Meredith Luce a bit further!

P.P.S. Oh! And I’m really eager to hear that reading of the Book of the Law! What a great idea!

Cory, you’ve made my day!!! I might have to blush. :D

I love hearing that I helped someone have an ‘Aha’ moment. I love those moments. Touch is a fascinating topic and one I’m going to delve into deeper on another podcast - it’s one of if not the most basic, intrinsic and first ways we communicate. It also has the potential to be the most intimate way of communication so I’d say explore how you feel about touch but don’t feel you have to go out and get comfortable about being touched by complete strangers lol.

So much thank you for the kind words (the trauma isn’t too hard to talk about these days except for the confidentiality of some of it that I have to be very conscious of). Holly (my covenmate) pegged it, I’m feeling podkin love and it’s a great thing!

Promo is next on my practical podcast list, just got the podcast alley and podcastpickle done and checked off so it’s next. It’s crazy the number of behind the scene things that have to get done!

    Hugs! Saturn

Hey Saturn! Thanks for the shout out! I’m downloading both episodes now and look forward to sending you some feedback!

Have you joined Project Pagan Enough, yet? If not, head over to IncitingARiot.com and take a look at PPE; make sure to let everyone know you’re pagan enough!

Heya, Fire Lyte, sweetness, I look forward to your feedback! Ah, be warned, I tend to be long in my comments. I remember hearing about PPE on the last podcast of yours I listened to (I think, I’m always behind and never really sure when I am). Will go check it out.
